All packages are fulfilled usually SAME DAY and shipped the next day by default. Delivery typically takes about 1-10 business days, depending on Canada Post. If it hasn’t arrived by then, just reach out — we’ll make it right.

Can I place a group or unit order?
Yes — and we love working with groups! We’ve done custom orders for detachments, tactical teams, and entire agencies. Reach out to us and we’ll create a custom package for your group.
Do you offer personalization?
Absolutely. You can add your badge number, name, unit name, or other details during checkout. Make it yours. If you selected engraved but do not provide any engraving instructions, there's no way for us to know what you want engraved!
