Will my badge fit in the cut out?

Our standard window fits badges up to 3.375" × 2.875". If your badge is larger, message us and we can find a solution. If you order and it doesn't fit right, we'll send you a replacement at NO COST.

How long does engraving take?

Engraving adds zero time to production. All wallets — engraved or plain — are cut and finished the same day your order is placed. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves our shop.

What does the 1-year warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects: stitching coming loose, snaps failing, badge window separating, hardware issues. It does not cover normal wear and tear, water damage, or loss. To make a claim, email us a photo and order number — we'll send a replacement or repair it, your choice, at no charge.

Do you offer bulk or department pricing?

Yes, for orders of 10 or more wallets we offer volume pricing. Each wallet can have a unique engraving (e.g. different badge numbers). Contact us at badgeboyscanada@gmail.com with your badge type, quantity, and timeline for a quote — we typically respond within a few hours.
