What's MY Backing?

If your current badge backing is removable, we highly recommend using the same connection method from your old wallet. This keeps it closest to manufacturer specs and ensures the most secure fit.Worst case scenario?You can safely remove the backing and use Velcro instead. This will not affect the integrity of the badge itself.

Clip Backing

If your badge has a metal clip on the back, select the Clip Option.

We provide a custom leather insert that securely holds your badge in place inside the wallet.

This is the most popular setup and works perfectly with both bifold and trifold styles.

Pin and Clasp

If your badge has a traditional pin and clasp:

We strongly recommend the Bifold wallet.

Why?

The trifold uses a metal RFID pop-up card holder. The raised pin mechanism can sit unevenly against that metal plate. The bifold sits fully on leather, giving you a cleaner, flatter fit.

Velcro

If your badge has Velcro:

We provide both male and female Velcro.

Simply peel, affix it to your new BadgeBoys wallet, and you’re good to go.

Works great with both bifold and trifold.

Button Backing

If your badge uses a button-style clasp, we provide the standard female button receiver inside the wallet so it connects properly.

Screw Backing

we dont provide the backign for screw backing, if you'd like to keep the screw portion on the back, we recommend ordering the bifold.

we recommend breaking off and ordering velcro so that it sits flush. It wont effect the badge at all and will sit in ANY badge wallet rather than just hte proprietary badge wallets they give you. yes its secure.
