Shipping Methods

  • Orders under $89 (before tax):
    Shipped via Canada Post Ground Letter Mail.
    Please note: This option does not include tracking. Delivery times typically range from 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Orders $89 and over:
    Shipped using Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator — whichever offers the fastest delivery at the best rate.
    All orders in this tier include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Custom or engraved items may require additional time before shipping.

Delivery Estimates

Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination, but most orders arrive within:

  • 5–10 business days within Canada

  • 7–14 business days for U.S. and international orders

Lost or Delayed Packages

Orders shipped via letter mail (no tracking) cannot be replaced if delayed or lost in transit. For time-sensitive or guaranteed delivery, we recommend choosing a tracked shipping option.
