Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are fulfilled within 2 business days. Need it sooner? Add Priority Packing at checkout: your order goes to the top of the list and is dispatched within 1 business day, guaranteed. Priority Packing speeds up packing and dispatch; it is not 1-day shipping.

Wallets

Badge wallets are generally fulfilled within 2 business days and shipped through tracked expedited mail. Shipping is free on orders above $75, otherwise it will be sent through regular letter post mail (no tracking).

Headwear

Headbands will also be shipped through regular mail. It will also take approximately 3 business days. Same as the wallets, it may take up to 10 business days from Canada Post. Ball caps will mailed with tracking and should arrive in approximately 5 business days

Accessories

Chest lights & air tag holders will be sent out through regular mail, non-tracked except if paired if a wallet. Approximately 3 business days.

All other accessories may take up to 10-14 business days to arrive unless stated otherwise.

Returns

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Because each product is made to order, we don't accept returns unless there's a defect or error. If something isn't right, we'll fix it — just message us.

What's covered by the warranty?
Every badge wallet carries a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects — stitching, snaps, badge window separation, hardware. Normal wear and tear, water damage and loss aren't covered. Warranty repairs and replacements are free; the customer covers shipping.

What if my badge doesn't fit?
We remake it. If it's an agency badge we already have a template for, we cover the shipping. If we cut from measurements you sent us, you cover the shipping on the remake.
