When will my order be shipped?

Wallets

All badge wallets will be fulfilled within 2 days and shipped through regular mail (no tracking). Through regular mail, it will be be approximately 3 business days however we have seen Canada Post deliver it as late as 10 business days. If your order has not gotten to you after that, please reach out to us so we can look into it and make it right! 

You can choose expedited shipping which will ensure a tracking number be provided to you and should take approximately 3 business days. 

Headwear

Headbands will also be shipped through regular mail. It will also take approximately 3 business days. Same as the wallets, it may take up to 10 business days from Canada Post. Ball caps will mailed with tracking and should arrive in approximately 5 business days 

Accessories

Chest lights & air tag holders will be sent out through regular mail. Approximately 3 business days. 

All other accessories may take up to 10-14 business days to arrive unless stated otherwise. 

Returns

Due to the vast majority of the wallets being customized, we cannot take returns. If there are any issues with your product, please reach out to us in the contacts page so we can make things right on a case to case basis.
