When will my order be shipped?

Wallets

Badge wallets are generally fulfilled within the next business day and shipped through tracked expedited mail. Shipping is free on orders above $109! Otherwise flat rate of $10 is applied at check out

Headwear

Headbands will also be shipped through regular mail. It will also take approximately 3 business days. Same as the wallets, it may take up to 10 business days from Canada Post. Ball caps will mailed with tracking and should arrive in approximately 5 business days 

Accessories

Chest lights & air tag holders will be sent out through regular mail, non-tracked except if paired if a wallet. Approximately 3 business days. 

All other accessories may take up to 10-14 business days to arrive unless stated otherwise. 

Returns

We do not have the ability to accept returns. If there are any issues with your product, please reach out to us in the contacts page so we can try to make things right on a case to case basis.
