When will my order be shipped?

All packages are fulfilled usually SAME DAY and shipped the next day by default. Delivery typically takes about 1-10 business days, depending on Canada Post. If it hasn’t arrived by then, just reach out — we’ll make it right.

  • Some accessories may take 10–14 business days.

How do I insert my badge into the wallet?

Your wallet includes a laser-cut insert designed specifically for your badge shape. Most badges press fit snugly into the cut-out. If you’re unsure or need help, message us and we’ll guide you through it — or provide instructions specific to your badge type.

Do you offer personalization?

Absolutely. You can add your badge number, name, unit name, or other details during checkout. Make it yours.

Can I place a group or unit order?

Yes — and we love working with groups! We’ve done custom orders for detachments, tactical teams, and entire agencies. Reach out to us and we’ll create a custom package for your group.

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the method you choose at checkout.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Because each product is made to order, we don't accept returns unless there’s a defect or error. But if something isn’t right, we’ll fix it. Just shoot us a message.

Can I reorder or match a design I saw on social media?

For sure. Send us a screenshot or link to the post, and we’ll get you the same style with your details.
