Cloud PRO RT - Padded Ratchet Duty Belt System
5 reviews
Built for long shifts, rapid response, and all-day comfort, the Cloud PRO RT is the world’s first and only padded ratchet duty belt—engineered from the ground up by front line officers who understand the physical toll and pain of traditional duty gear.
Every Cloud PRO RT ships as a complete two-part system, including a matching inner belt. Because the innovative ratchet closure clicks into place every 1/4", the included inner webbing belt cinches into place, allowing the outer belt to micro-adjust and stay secure with Velcro.
Combining premium,built-in memory foam padding with our micro-adjustable ratchet technology, this complete setup delivers a revolutionary leap in comfort, load stability, and performance. No more hip pinch, lower back fatigue, or bulky sagging. In addition, there is no need to adjust your belt when you decide to add or remove layers! Whether you’re in patrol, tactical operations, corrections, or security, the Cloud PRO RT keeps your setup locked in and secure without sacrificing mobility.
Why Officers Make the Switch
Seamless Operation: The included inner belt works hand-in-hand with the outer belt, allowing the ratchet mechanism to cinch smoothly every single time.
Eliminate Hip Pain: The plush memory foam barrier protects your hips from hard gear pressure.
Custom Tailored Fit: Easily trims to your exact waist size for a zero-tail, professional finish.
Instant Adjustability: Fast on-and-off removal and micro-adjustments in seconds for urgent situations.
All-Day Support: Maintains a consistent, secure fit from the start of your shift to the final call.
Comfort Meets Performance. Upgrade your kit with the world’s first padded ratchet duty belt system. The Cloud PRO RT—complete with its required inner belt foundation—is built to move with you, not against you.
If you're in between sizes, we recommend you going with the smaller of the two sizes!

Custom Sizing Instructions
IMPORTANT: Please follow these instructions carefully. Returns are not accepted, so measure carefully before you cut. When in doubt, always cut less than you think—you can always trim more, but you cannot add length back once cut.
Step 1: Fit Your Foundation Layers
Put on your standard uniform pants and your inner belt to establish your baseline working layer.
Step 2: Position the Outer Belt
Layer the padded tactical belt over your uniform pants and inner belt. Ratchet the buckle to your most comfortable, secure everyday wearing position.
Step 3: Measure the Tail Length
Note the excess length (the "tail") extending past the buckle.
Step 4: Detach the Buckle
Use the provided hex key to loosen the set screws securing the belt strap into the buckle, then remove the buckle completely.
Step 5: Measure and Cut
Take your initial tail measurement from Step 3 and subtract 3 inches (or your preferred tail length).Note: We recommend leaving a tail length between 3 to 5 inches for optimal fit and gear clearance.
Pro Tip: Measure twice and cut conservatively. It is always easier to make a second small trim than to cut off too much initially.
Step 6: Reattach the Buckle
Insert the freshly cut end of the belt fully into the buckle housing and securely tighten the set screws using the provided hex key. Verify that the grip is firm before putting the belt into service.
Only been using it for a week, but initial impressions are that it’s well build and comfortable. The ratchet is a game changer. Came with a sleeve for the gun holster which is slightly bigger than the belt provided, so that’s excellent.
I would recommend this belt.
