Will my badge fit in the cut out?
Our standard window fits badges up to 3.375" × 2.875". If your badge is larger, message us and we can find a solution. If you order and it doesn't fit right, we'll send you a replacement at NO COST.
How long does engraving take?
Engraving adds zero time to production. All wallets — engraved or plain — are cut and finished the same day your order is placed. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves our shop.
What does the 1-year warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects: stitching coming loose, snaps failing, badge window separating, hardware issues. It does not cover normal wear and tear, water damage, or loss. To make a claim, email us a photo and order number — we'll send a replacement or repair it, your choice, at no charge.
Do you offer bulk or department pricing?
Yes, for orders of 10 or more wallets we offer volume pricing. Each wallet can have a unique engraving (e.g. different badge numbers). Contact us at badgeboyscanada@gmail.com with your badge type, quantity, and timeline for a quote — we typically respond within a few hours.

Basically well made. Doesn't meet my needs. Accommodates Vets retired badge without issue. I want a 3 fold wallet, plus a cash section. Not a clip, but like an old style wallet. Over the last year, with yours, I've purchased 4 similar functioning wallets AND none of them can hold cash. I've reverting back to a regular wallet.

Snap didn't fit my badge.
The quality of the wallet was great and I believe the design is one of the most unique badge wallets currently offered. Most badge wallets focus on only carrying a badge and they lack the capacity to carry more than a few cards, and rarely offer a space for cash. Additionally many badge wallets are just too big for everyday carry. While I would love to see a slightly trimmed down version of this wallet width wise, I do find it to be one of the most compact and certainly the most well thought out wallet on the market that also conceals a badge. Great work!
