3. Safe Handling & Proper Fitment
It is the user's absolute responsibility to ensure the firearm is completely unloaded and safely cleared before testing the fitment of this holster. While this Kydex holster is precision-molded for the Glock 45 (including compatible light and optic attachments), variations in aftermarket modifications or specific light/optic combinations may affect retention and trigger coverage. Holster hardware and materials are subject to normal daily wear and tear. It is the user's responsibility to regularly inspect the holster for loose retention screws, cracks, or structural fatigue before every use. Altering, heating, or modifying this holster in any way increases the risk of malfunction or accidental discharge and immediately voids any implied warranties.

BY USING THIS HOLSTER, YOU EXPLICITLY AGREE THAT BADGE BOYS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM ITS USE. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR FIREARM, YOUR EQUIPMENT, AND YOUR ACTIONS.
