If it's an agency badge we already cut for and it doesn't fit, we remake it and cover the shipping. If we cut from measurements you sent us, we'll remake it — you just cover the shipping.

Amazing wallet! The quality is there, it just feels like a great product and you can tell a lot of thought went into the design. They were able to customize the badge cutout with no issues at all. And the whole process including shipping and delivery across the country took about a week and a half, not to bad at all! The only thing (and please don't let this deter your decision because it's a great product), is the cash storage, they do sell a money clip, but there is no real good location to put it, I personally don't like storing cash on the outside of a wallet, and unless you store it in a card slot, there is no real good options here. A spring loaded money clip between the ID slot and the badge would be a good option, but that's just me. Overall, great product, great customer service, and I highly recommend!

The customer service is first rate. I love the sleek design of the wallet and that it doesn’t look like your typical clunky LEO wallet. I would definitely recommend purchasing from Badge Boys. Will my badge fit in the cut out?
If your badge doesn't fit right, we'll send you a replacement — free if it's an agency badge we already cut for, or shipping-only if we cut from measurements you provided.
How long does engraving take?
Engraving adds zero time to production. All wallets — engraved or plain — are cut and finished the same day your order is placed. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves our shop.
What does the 1-year warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, water damage, or loss. To make a claim, email us a photo and your order number. We'll replace or repair it, your choice — the wallet is covered at no charge, and you cover the shipping.
Do you offer bulk or department pricing?
Yes, for orders of 10 or more wallets we offer volume pricing. Each wallet can have a unique engraving (e.g. different badge numbers). Contact us at badgeboyscanada@gmail.com with your badge type, quantity, and timeline for a quote — we typically respond within a few hours.
