Engraving
Text engraving is included. Your name or badge number is engraved on the black card holder. Type it in step 3, pick a font, then drag it where you want it.
Logo engraving is $20 more. Tap Add your logo in step 3, drag it into place and pull a corner to size it. A dark logo on a white or clear background engraves best.
The live preview shows exactly what we’ll engrave, so double-check spelling and numbers before you check out.
Engraving adds no time: engraved and plain wallets both ship within 2 business days.

If it’s an agency badge we already cut for and it doesn’t fit, we remake it and cover the shipping. If we cut from measurements you sent us, we’ll remake it and you just cover the shipping.

Will my badge fit in the cut-out?
Every wallet is cut for your agency’s badge. If it doesn’t fit right, we’ll send you a replacement: free if it’s an agency badge we already cut for, or shipping-only if we cut from measurements you provided. If your badge is wider than 2.3”, we automatically upgrade you to the Bifold Plus.
What if my agency isn’t listed?
Choose Other in step 1 and type your agency in the cart’s Special instructions box, or email us at badgeboyscanada@gmail.com. We have 500+ agencies on file and can make a wallet for any agency.
Which backing should I choose?
Choose what’s on the back of your badge: clip, velcro, button, rivet or pin & clasp. Not sure? Open the backing guide under step 2 to see all five. The Bifold recesses pin backings and thicker clips into the leather, so it’s our best fit for those badges.
How long does engraving take?
Engraving adds zero time to production. All wallets — engraved or plain — ship within 2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves our shop.
What does the 1-year warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, water damage, or loss. To make a claim, email us a photo and your order number. We'll replace or repair it, your choice — the wallet is covered at no charge, and you cover the shipping.
Do you offer bulk or department pricing?
Yes, for orders of 10 or more wallets we offer volume pricing. Each wallet can have a unique engraving (e.g. different badge numbers). Contact us at badgeboyscanada@gmail.com with your badge type, quantity, and timeline for a quote — we typically respond within a few hours.

Amazing wallet! The quality is there, it just feels like a great product and you can tell a lot of thought went into the design. They were able to customize the badge cutout with no issues at all. And the whole process including shipping and delivery across the country took about a week and a half, not to bad at all! The only thing (and please don't let this deter your decision because it's a great product), is the cash storage, they do sell a money clip, but there is no real good location to put it, I personally don't like storing cash on the outside of a wallet, and unless you store it in a card slot, there is no real good options here. A spring loaded money clip between the ID slot and the badge would be a good option, but that's just me. Overall, great product, great customer service, and I highly recommend!

I ordered my badge wallet from Badge Boys last year. I had some issues with it. When Vishal found out about it, he didn’t hesitate to make it right. The new wallet is great and very well made. The customer service is first rate. I love the sleek design of the wallet and that it doesn’t look like your typical clunky LEO wallet. I would definitely recommend purchasing from Badge Boys.
