Text engraving is included. Your name or badge number is engraved on the silver bar of the card holder. Type it in step 3 and pick a font.
Logo engraving is $20 more. Tap Add your logo in step 3 and it’s engraved on the black card holder. A dark logo on a white or clear background engraves best.

Will my badge fit in the cut-out?
Every wallet is cut for your agency’s badge. If it doesn’t fit right, we’ll send you a replacement: free if it’s an agency badge we already cut for, or shipping-only if we cut from measurements you provided. If your badge is wider than 2.3”, we automatically upgrade you to the Trifold Plus.
What if my agency isn’t listed?
Choose Other in step 1 and type your agency in the cart’s Special instructions box, or email us at badgeboyscanada@gmail.com. We have 500+ agencies on file and can make a wallet for any agency.
Which backing should I choose?
Choose what’s on the back of your badge: clip, velcro, button, rivet or pin & clasp. Not sure? Open the backing guide under step 2 to see all five. Pin & clasp backings may fit better in our Bifold, which recesses pin backings and thicker clips into the leather.
How long does engraving take?
Engraving adds zero time to production. All wallets — engraved or plain — ship within 2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves our shop.
What does the 1-year warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, water damage, or loss. To make a claim, email us a photo and your order number. We'll replace or repair it, your choice — the wallet is covered at no charge, and you cover the shipping.
Do you offer bulk or department pricing?
Yes, for orders of 10 or more wallets we offer volume pricing. Each wallet can have a unique engraving (e.g. different badge numbers). Contact us at badgeboyscanada@gmail.com with your badge type, quantity, and timeline for a quote — we typically respond within a few hours.
Love it it’s exactly what I needed
So, I figured I would add a review. I do line this wallet. My badge fits perfectly and the opening is perfectly cut. The clear plastic spot for ID is nice and frees up a spot. The new card slide release seems well built and gives a nice card spread. However, I have one negative, and then one recommendation.
My negative is I still carry cash. I like having cash on hand incase debit systems go down, and for convenience. Also, cash is super handy when I am abroad (Europe). This wallet has no good spot for cash, and I wish it did.... Oh and to be clear, I just mean bills NOT coins.
My other wish (and this is a specialist point) but I have a custom leather wallet that has a challenge coin slot on the outside. And anyone in law enforcement knows a challenge coin is a must. So a standard size challenge coin holder would be super cool.
Otherwise, as it stands, in my opinion, this is a good, reliable wallet, but not a great, never need another wallet.
This wallet is exactly what I wanted and needed. I live that it is RFID protected. Easy placement of perfect fit badge and arrived at my home, in Ontario, very quickly. I have already forwarded the Badge Boys link to many of my colleagues.

Very happy with the product and the personalized additions: name tag, insignia for brand and the card protection. Streamline and fits in the pocket easily. I like how the badge holder and warrant card are positioned; unassuming and readily available. Something I’ve been looking for, for a while.

Basically well made. Doesn't meet my needs. Accommodates Vets retired badge without issue. I want a 3 fold wallet, plus a cash section. Not a clip, but like an old style wallet. Over the last year, with yours, I've purchased 4 similar functioning wallets AND none of them can hold cash. I've reverting back to a regular wallet.

I really like the new wallet, longer and the trigger is way better.
I would highly recommend them, amazing customer service. They replaced my defected wallet right away and did their best for me to receive it by my son's O.P.C. graduation and it did a day before.
A little hard to close when the cards and id were all in but I would think when the leather stretches a little bit it will be great.

Snap didn't fit my badge.
The quality of the wallet was great and I believe the design is one of the most unique badge wallets currently offered. Most badge wallets focus on only carrying a badge and they lack the capacity to carry more than a few cards, and rarely offer a space for cash. Additionally many badge wallets are just too big for everyday carry. While I would love to see a slightly trimmed down version of this wallet width wise, I do find it to be one of the most compact and certainly the most well thought out wallet on the market that also conceals a badge. Great work!
