Coverage

Badge Boys provides a limited 1-year warranty on all badge wallets purchased from our store. This warranty guarantees that your badge wallet will be free from any manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

What is Covered

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects

• Faulty materials

• Poor craftsmanship, including stitching and hardware malfunctions

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., scuffs, scratches, fading, or other signs of regular use)

• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications

• Accidental damage, such as tears, stains, or water damage

• Cosmetic issues that do not affect the wallet’s functionality

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim:

1. Contact Badge Boys via email at badgeboyscanada@gmail.com with your proof of purchase (usually photos and videos) and details of the defect.

2. We will assess your claim and, if approved, offer either a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

3. Shipping costs associated with the warranty claim will be covered by Badge Boys unless exceptional circumstances arise. 

Limitations

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Any repairs or replacements provided under this warranty will not extend the warranty period. Badge Boys is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the wallet.
