1. Universal Fitment and User Verification Unlike custom-molded holsters, this is a universal-fit product designed to accommodate a wide variety of firearm makes and models. Because dimensions vary drastically between firearms, retention strength and trigger guard coverage will vary depending on your specific weapon. It is your absolute responsibility to test your unloaded firearm in this holster to verify that the weapon is securely retained and that the trigger guard is entirely covered and inaccessible while holstered. If your specific firearm does not fit securely or the trigger is exposed, do not use this holster.
2. Assumption of Risk & Absolute User Responsibility This product is designed solely as a carrying device. Firearms are inherently dangerous weapons. All responsibility for the safe handling, carrying, drawing, re-holstering, and storage of any firearm rests entirely and exclusively with the user. Badge Boys assumes no responsibility or liability for your actions, your draw technique, or how you handle your firearm while using this universal holster.
3. Limitation of Liability Under no circumstances shall Badge Boys, its owners, employees, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages to property or life arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of this holster. This strictly includes, but is not limited to:
Accidental or negligent discharges of a firearm, including those caused by fabric, debris, or fingers entering the holster or trigger guard area.
Personal injury, death, or property damage resulting from the use, misuse, or deployment of a firearm from this holster.
Damage to the firearm, finishes, attachments, or clothing.
4. Maintenance, Wear, and Modifications Holster hardware and materials are subject to normal daily wear and tear. You are responsible for regularly inspecting the holster for loose retention screws, material fatigue, or structural damage before every use. Altering or modifying this holster in any way increases the risk of malfunction or accidental discharge and immediately voids any implied warranties.
